B mode observation of the contusion of the interosseous muscle in the palm

Case:
   Male 19y.o.

Job:
   Pro. boxer

Injury factor:
   Damaged during boxing match. Hits adversary elbow with his fist.

Chief compliant:
   Swelling was not severe, but increasde pain in movement of right 3rd finger.@

Previous history:
   Nothin special.

Diagnosis:
   The contusion of the interosseous muscle between 3rd & 4th fingers.

Treatment:
   Fixation by buddy taping with alminum plate from MP joint to DIP joint.

B mode observation:
   0 day and 7 days after injury.

Report:
   B mode ultrasound observation was revealed that the traumatic heamatoma of early stage migrates from injured aera to para-extensor tendon. We have to be knowledgeable about anatomy and clinical outcome to interosseous muscle injury..
