Case: 82 years old, female

Injury factor: Fell down and hit her left upper arm at the stair in her home.

Chief complaint: Left upper arm with severe pain and limitation of the elevation injered upper arm.

Previous history: 1, Lung tuberculosis after operation. 2, Hypertention; 140/75 mmHg

Blood examination: Hb = 9.6 g/dl (↓), Fe = 34 μg/dl (↓), ferritin = 34.4 ng/ml, Ret = 14 %, CEA = 2.6 ng/ml
